Australian songwriter/producer Lemonade Baby is carving out a distinct lane in the global electronic landscape with a sound that is as refreshing as his moniker suggests. A producer, DJ, and songwriter with an uncanny knack for infectious hooks, he seamlessly fuses indie-pop, electronic, and funk into a high-energy, genre-fluid experience. Since joining the Mammal Sounds Records in 2021, he has rapidly evolved from a burgeoning talent into a powerhouse of the Australian indie-electronic scene, amassing over 4 million career streams to date.

His rise to prominence began when his 2021 single, “Is It Too Late,” defied borders by breaking into the iTunes Top 200 Alternative Charts in France. This momentum carried into his 2023 debut EP, Xtra Pop, which surpassed 1 million streams and earned significant sync placements, including “Dry Lungs” on Netflix’s Heartbreak High and “Don’t Stop (Keep on Keepin’ On)” for Brisbane City’s Spring campaign. The latter also aligned with one of his three Queensland Music Award (QMA) nominations, signaling his arrival as a major force in the Australian music industry.

The momentum reached a fever pitch with the release of his February 2025 debut album,
StarsStarsStars. The record has already surpassed 2 million streams, anchored by the massive success of the single “Yeah Yeah Yeah (Lifestyle),” which has clocked over 2.4 million plays on Spotify alone. Beyond the digital charts, Lemonade Baby’s music has reached global audiences through Sirius XM (USA) rotation and H&M’s global store playlists, while his songwriting prowess has been recognized internationally with a 3rd place finish in the EDM category at the International Songwriting Competition.

Lemonade Baby consistently delivers a “pop-forward” energy that is both sophisticated and dancefloor-ready. Now partnered with the prestigious Australian booking agency Niche, his live presence is set to expand even further alongside his growing discography. He isn’t just following the current electronic wave; he is the architect of a new “Xtra Pop” era, and with plenty of new music on the horizon, Lemonade Baby is firmly positioned as one of the most exciting exports in the global indie-electronic scene.
